What you will do

• Develop expertise in the hirify.global platform tailored to client needs and strategic goals.
• Build and execute client success plans to drive adoption, product expansion, and partnership growth.
• Lead client touchpoints and strategic business reviews to communicate platform capabilities and updates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Advocate for client needs internally and help design client success processes for Brazil and Latin America.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and data privacy norms including LGPD.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil with willingness to travel within Brazil and Latin America.
• 3+ years experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS in client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of Brazil’s wealth and asset management ecosystem and relevant regulations (CVM, Bacen).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial data management standards in Brazil.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Technology.
