What you will do

• Become an expert in hirify.global software and the home services industry to deliver relevant training.
• Deliver instructor-led training courses and webinars both on-site and online.
• Customize demos and training approaches to embed best practices for different user types.
• Guide customers through transition and change management processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of training and certification programs in Litmos LMS.
• Assist with special projects as assigned and manage a variable travel schedule (25-50%, up to 75% peak season).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US for remote work
• Strong background in software customer training and experience delivering live demo-based courses and webinars.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently (25-50%, potentially up to 75%).

Nice to have

• Experience with Litmos LMS and training development tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
• Ability to create supporting training content and documentation.
• Experience with change management principles and project management.
