What you will do

• Design and develop customer-facing eLearning courses and programs on hirify.global CXone Mpower platform.
• Create and update eLearning content based on product training requirements and new releases.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality through course design, storyboarding, and content production.
• Collaborate with product experts and SMEs to translate complex features into accessible learning materials.
• Maintain eLearning content on the Learning Management System (LMS) and support content creators organization-wide.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve eLearning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely from the USA
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design specializing in eLearning for software product training.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with excellent task and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and training methodologies.
