What you will do

• Design and refresh engaging sales enablement content including presentations, job aids, and microlearning videos.
• Administer LMS user accounts, roles, and content uploads.
• Provide first-line support for LMS users and manage helpdesk tickets.
• Support content lifecycle management including course publishing and archiving.
• Track and report on adoption metrics to inform program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work from Colorado, USA
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo and sales enablement tools.
• Strong content creation skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and microlearning video production.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong English skills (oral and written)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years relevant work experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and database applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
