What you will do
- Create and manage educational content and help articles in Salesforce aligned with product updates
- Maintain knowledge base infrastructure across Experience Cloud Performance Product sites
- Produce educational video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Provide technical support for learning portal enrollment and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with Product Success and Product teams to align educational materials with product capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve customer education experience and content workflows
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Strong written communication skills for clear customer-facing documentation
- Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
- Technical aptitude to learn new platforms and troubleshoot issues
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
