Training Specialist (Education): Deliver customer onboarding and training with an accent on clear communication and educational content creation. Focus on leading live sessions, maintaining knowledge bases, and creating tutorial videos and articles.

Location: Remote, part-time during US EST hours, based in the United States (NY - ET timezone)

What you will do

Track onboarding progress for new customers
Conduct live training sessions and onboarding calls
Maintain and update the Knowledge Hub
Create tutorial videos and step-by-step articles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Clear, confident, and engaging presentation style
Professional on-screen presence for video tutorials and live sessions
Experience in customer onboarding, success, or user training (SaaS preferred)
Ability to explain technical concepts simply and user-friendly
Organized and proactive in managing onboarding timelines
