- Track onboarding progress for new customers
- Conduct live training sessions and onboarding calls
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Hub
- Create tutorial videos and step-by-step articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Clear, confident, and engaging presentation style
- Professional on-screen presence for video tutorials and live sessions
- Experience in customer onboarding, success, or user training (SaaS preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply and user-friendly
- Organized and proactive in managing onboarding timelines
