What you will do
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer contact center operations and aligning education with their goals.
- Create and execute tailored onboarding and education plans for customers.
- Provide remote and onsite training, consultation, and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a mentor and coach for junior staff and contribute to knowledge base development.
- Deliver feedback to product management to drive innovation and improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- 5+ years experience in software service, customer education, or contact center operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.
- Experience in business-to-business consulting and customer education.
- BS/BA degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
