Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a commercial/technology lawyer.
• Native-level English with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong contract drafting and analytical abilities.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate with external counterparties.
• Strong project management skills.
