What you will do

• Define and execute a global recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and talent priorities.
• Partner with C-level executives on strategic workforce planning and senior-level hiring.
• Oversee recruitment delivery across all regions and brands.
• Lead and inspire a team of 70+ recruitment professionals.
• Manage executive-level recruitment projects ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strengthen the company’s global employer brand through data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a global leadership role.
• Proven success managing large recruitment teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong expertise in Technology, Product, and Digital recruitment domains.
• Fluent or native-level English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Direct experience in executive and leadership-level hiring.
