• Contribute as a core member to open source data lake projects such as Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, and Apache Hudi.
• Design and optimize large-scale data lake architectures for efficient data storage and processing.
• Architect advanced schema-on-read solutions for flexible data access.
• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Develop metadata management systems for data discovery and lineage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong expertise in data lake architectures and large-scale data storage systems.
• Deep understanding of schema-on-read concepts and flexible data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Proven contributions to Apache open source projects related to data lakes.
