What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a growing AI engineering team fostering ownership and innovation.
• Define and execute AI strategy aligned with business goals and product suite enhancement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership teams to translate AI insights into business value.
• Ensure timely delivery of AI-driven features by managing project execution and removing blockers.
• Provide technical oversight on AI design, architecture, security, and best practices.
• Champion professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within US time zones.
• 7+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML, GenAI/LLM, or Agentic AI systems at scale.
• Expertise in Python and modern GenAI/LLM architectures (e.g., LangChain, LiteLLM).
• Experience with large-scale multi-tenant SaaS product initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and agile methodology experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, Machine Learning).
