Principal AI Engineer (AI): Defining and leading the organization’s AI strategy, architecture, and governance with an accent on enterprise-scale AI system architecture, generative AI, and LLM integration. Focus on mentoring teams, establishing best practices, and ensuring secure and scalable AI solutions.

Location: 100% remote work (from anywhere)

What you will do

Define and lead the enterprise-wide AI strategy, including LLM integration and generative AI.
Architect and govern large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Establish best practices and governance frameworks for AI model development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
Mentor and guide AI engineers across multiple projects.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and tools.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in AI engineering and enterprise solutions.
Proven track record in LLM integration and generative AI.
Strong background in software architecture design.
In-depth knowledge of performance optimization and large-scale system design.
Advanced level of English.
