What you will do

• Build and enhance open source development frameworks for Apache ecosystem projects.
• Define best practices and scalable distributed architectures using Java for high-throughput data processing.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams on system integration, deployment, and open source collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Java expertise.
• Proven experience as a core contributor and technical leader in Apache open source projects.
• Strong expertise in open source development methodologies, community collaboration, and technical evangelism.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, scalability, and advanced design patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance optimization strategies for big data applications.
• Advanced level of English.
