What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and pipelines.
• Implement MLOps processes to ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Oversee feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization for enterprise solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of ML models and systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated ML solutions.
• Establish best practices and standards for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor and guide ML engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, model deployment, and model monitoring.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Strong understanding of system security.
• In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
• Advanced level of English.
