Staff Machine Learning Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and pipelines.
• Implement MLOps processes covering model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Oversee feature engineering, data preprocessing, model optimization, and model serving.
• Design reliable, scalable, and secure ML solutions for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams on integrated ML solutions.
• Establish ML engineering standards and mentor ML engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, model deployment, and model monitoring.
• Strong background in software architecture, system security, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing distributed and scalable cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate architecture and technology trade-offs.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
