Machine Learning and Data Science Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own the machine learning algorithms powering campaign segmentation and targeting.
• Optimize existing models to improve accuracy and performance across millions of data points.
• Design and implement new machine learning features and pipelines.
• Supervise and monitor machine learning performance at scale.
• Define ML requirements and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Manage administrative and organizational activities related to ML initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of machine learning experience, including at least 4 years building end-to-end model development lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of data and machine learning frameworks.
• Solid foundations in probability and statistics.
• Experience with model training, registration, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, business orientation, and ownership of production ML systems.
• Postgraduate degree in Machine Learning or Data Science.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience implementing machine learning explainability pipelines.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Experience applying machine learning to marketing use cases.
