What you will do

• Build and execute recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles.
• Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates.
• Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning.
• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Establish and improve candidate experience.
• Manage and direct 1-2 sourcers to maximize output.

Requirements

• 4 years of full-cycle engineering recruiting experience at high growth start-ups.
• Deep sourcing expertise with creative strategies.
• Analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources.
• Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up.
• Hardcore work ethic.
