What you will do

• Manage, hire, and onboard a media buying team, fostering employee autonomy and high performance.
• Launch and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns to consistently achieve KPI targets.
• Establish and maintain a systematic process for testing and scaling advertising funnels and hypotheses.
• Maintain a minimum ROI of 40% and provide daily reporting on campaign performance.
• Collaborate directly with the Head, COO, and CEO during strategic meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience with TikTok traffic and a track record of generating $20,000+ monthly profit.
• Ability to consistently maintain an ROI of 40% or above.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with RSOC.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, and EPC.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple GEOs and various verticals.
