Focus on collecting clear requirements, process diagramming, supporting testing, and collaborating with IT and vendor teams.

Location: Hybrid from Krakow office, Poland (min. 2 days/week)

What you will do

• Learn and explore Salesforce system components such as Leads, Opportunities, and Quotes
• Collect and organize business requirements using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
• Create and update process diagrams to illustrate current and future workflows
• Maintain clear and up-to-date task lists and track progress with the Project Manager
• Support testing by writing test steps, verifying features, and reporting issues
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to review deliverables and share progress

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (C1+) and English (C1+) for communication and documentation
• University student in relevant fields (Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, etc.)
• Basic Excel skills including filters, pivot tables, and formulas
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with documentation and diagram tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Figma, or Miro
• Availability to work hybrid from Krakow office and approximately 24–30 hours/week during semester
