What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
• Lead the documentation and analysis of business requirements and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Validate solution designs to ensure they meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Proven experience in Agile environments and process modeling tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
