What you will do

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Lead new product introductions ensuring efficient transitions from development to production.
• Provide technical support for contract manufacturing production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs and improve operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with electromechanical contract manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite 4-5 days a week and travel up to 25%.
