What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Customize and configure SPM applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.

Requirements

• Experience in software development with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow SPM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
