TL;DR
Tech Talent Partner: Full 360 recruitment focused on building relationships with software engineers and tech clients across the UK and Europe with an accent on client and candidate management, business development, and creative sourcing. Focus on managing the full recruitment process, winning new business, and guiding candidates through offers.
Location: Hybrid with office in Kingston upon Thames and WFH every Friday
Salary: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Build relationships with software engineers, product specialists, and delivery experts across the UK and Europe
- Win new business with tech clients from startups to enterprises
- Manage the full recruitment process end-to-end, from briefs to offer negotiation
- Use creative sourcing methods and latest tech tools to find top talent
- Partner closely with clients to understand their teams and hiring plans
- Guide candidates through every step from intro calls to offer stage
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in the UK or Europe
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn recruitment and sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Interest in tech and recruitment industry
- Ready to build a career in recruitment with a focus on tech talent
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales, resourcing, or recruitment
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies (.NET, Azure, DevOps, Product, Data)
