What you will do

• Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform ensuring system stability and performance.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for appropriate access control.
• Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs and integration hubs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on effective use of ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Heredia, Costa Rica
• Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
• Strong scripting and integration skills including JavaScript, REST/SOAP, HTML, CSS.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications like ITIL, CIS, or CAD.
• Basic understanding and enthusiasm for AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
