What you will do

• Administer and support enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) platforms, including Flexera and ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between SAM tools and data sources such as SCCM/MECM, JAMF, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
• Manage the full software asset lifecycle, covering discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance.
• Develop operational reports and executive-level compliance dashboards using SQL Server and Power BI.
• Execute software license harvesting and optimization to recover licenses from inactive users.
• Serve as the primary technical administrator for SAM platforms and coordinate resolution with vendor support.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in systems administration, software asset management, or infrastructure support.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on administration experience with Flexera and ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Proven expertise in software license compliance, entitlement management, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, VMware vCenter, and scripting (PowerShell, SQL, VBS).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
