What you will do

• Translate product and commercial needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering and ensure timely, accurate availability for engineering teams.
• Write user stories, groom and prioritize backlogs, produce release plans, and track benefits.
• Manage cross-team product dependencies and adapt backlogs to changing needs.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders and provide mentoring to other product owners.
• Ensure solutions meet company-wide performance, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technology discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar product owner role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and defining business requirements.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
