What you will do

• Implement and maintain tax reporting processes including data collection, tax provision calculations, and compliant reporting within Oracle EPM TRCS.
• Develop and automate data integrations between TRCS, Oracle ERP, and other systems using EPM Automate, Data Management, and REST APIs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key tax metrics including ETR, tax liabilities, and country-by-country reporting.
• Ensure data security and compliance within TRCS by implementing access controls and validation rules.
• Provide training and support to tax and finance teams on TRCS functionality and updates.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with finance teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in tax or financial reporting with at least 2 years focused on Oracle EPM TRCS.
• Strong knowledge of tax reporting calculations and automation within TRCS for U.S. and international standards.
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud data integration tools including EPM Automate, Data Management, and REST APIs.
• Advanced Excel skills including Smart View for Oracle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with tax, finance, and IT teams.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance standards for sensitive tax information.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring TRCS for Pillar Two requirements.
• Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM).
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification.
