What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple multi-discipline software development teams and managers.
• Collaborate with business customers, stakeholders, and partners to implement and support software and system components.
• Own product lifecycle and manage delivery risks, resources, and capacity plans.
• Promote strategies, roadmaps, and plans for products and components.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring effective performance management and employee engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes through automation and standards implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing teams on complex software projects.
• Strong technical and organizational leadership skills with agile software delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline teams and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills related to technical risks and constraints.
