What you will do

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and brand voice for hirify.global.com.
  • Own the P&L for hirify.global.com, driving revenue growth, profitability, and reinvestment decisions.
  • Establish a culture of continuous learning through rapid experimentation and data-informed decision-making.
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, driving user growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Games, Data, and Engineering to deliver exceptional player experiences.
  • Build and lead a strong product organization, coaching and developing product leaders with clear goals and accountability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product leadership experience in consumer tech, gaming, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience owning a P&L and delivering sustained growth.
  • Strong strategic point of view with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, user journeys, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on mindset comfortable moving between strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
  • Data-driven and experiment-oriented, with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
  • Preference for candidates based in the U.S. and working within the Eastern Time zone.
