• Launch new data-driven and platform innovations to expand monetization.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization with empowered leaders.

Requirements

• Experience scaling product functions to $50M+ ARR or 100M+ users, ideally in gaming or consumer tech.
• Direct P&L ownership and business builder mindset.
• Proven track record launching and scaling new products, including data or analytics products.
• Strong leadership in delivering results through systems design and team accountability.
• Passion for games, platforms, and creating joyful player experiences.
