What you will do
- Implement strategic planning and set long-term sales goals for hirify.global Cloud.
- Coordinate and organize sales and operations teams across all countries of presence.
- Promote cloud solutions and professional services, working with partner channels.
- Ensure fulfillment of sales plans including market share, turnover, margin, and partner/customer growth.
- Build and develop a strong partner channel and maintain relationships with vendors and key partners.
- Participate in marketing planning and manage accounting systems and payments.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to move freely within Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Southeast Europe.
- English: Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing is required.
- Higher technical education and experience in IT companies (partner, distributor, or vendor).
- Experience leading teams in selling IT solutions and cloud services.
- Knowledge of IT market, vendors, partner ecosystem, ERP/accounting systems, and cloud service functionality.
- Relevant cloud service certifications are a significant advantage.
