Senior Design System Designer (Fintech): Contributing to the growth and consistency of hirify.global’s Design System by designing patterns, components, tokens, and managing libraries, while creating clear and accessible documentation. Focus on improving internal processes, frameworks, and tooling for a more efficient development and usage of our design system.

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid working model with remote work allowed and an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice.

What you will do

• Co-own and contribute to the growth and consistency of hirify.global’s Design System by designing patterns, components, and tokens.
• Lead end-to-end Design System initiatives, aligning with engineering and product requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive solutions.
• Evolve Design System operations by improving internal processes, frameworks, and tooling.
• Mentor peers and advocate for the Design System's value and adoption across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with product and engineering peers in a design system team.
• Expert design systems skills, including technical knowledge and a strategic understanding of product quality and cohesion.
• Generalist UX design skills with strong UI and visual abilities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
