• Handle CS Fraud cases and meet team targets
• Communicate accurately and timely with clients regarding financial crime investigations
• Assist with team tasks and maintain up-to-date training
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in client communication workflows
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and SOP documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer support or financial crime operations
• Prior exposure to AML, fraud detection, or transaction monitoring preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex regulatory issues clearly to clients
• Proficient in CRM and case management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
