What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify clients and partners for co-development of innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Analyze and map client technology roadmaps to anticipate future needs and innovation opportunities.
• Work with R&D to prioritize internal innovation agendas based on market and client insights.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and identify impactful use cases with clients and technical teams.
• Lead exploitation strategy to monetize innovation assets and maximize business value.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and technology providers to accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lisboa or VNG, Portugal
• Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, Business, or related fields.
• 4+ years experience in innovation, business development, or technology strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems.
• Experience in client co-creation or co-development initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
