Solution Engineer (Mobile Security): Supporting sales and customers in the technical evaluation of mobile security products with an accent on customer onboarding and technical queries. Focus on assisting with Proof of Concept processes and providing configuration support.

Location: Hybrid (Gent, Belgium)

What you will do

Assist sales with technical queries of prospects.
Support companies during Proof of Concept with our products.
Help customers with onboarding and product training.
Handle configuration support tickets in cooperation with support teams.
Conduct configuration reviews to optimize product usage.
Research the latest mobile security and hacking technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
First experience in coding.
Knowledge of information security.
Familiarity with Android/iOS app development.
