What you will do
- Manage and scale key acquisition channels such as Affiliate, SEO, ASO, SMM, Media Buying, In-app, Influencers, and Streamers.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance, focusing on ROI, CPA, and LTV.
- Optimize conversion rates and run creative tests for various campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and data analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Designers, and Engineering teams to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven CMO experience within the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success with acquisition channels (Affiliate, SEO, ASO, Media Buying, Influencers) specifically in CIS markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making, performance analytics, tracking, and attribution.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Required language proficiency: English B2 level and fluent Russian.
