What you will do

• Respond quickly and effectively to cases as part of a close-knit 24/7 team.
• Monitor streaming equipment using dashboards and logs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Maintain up-to-date workstation records, including users, configurations, and folder permissions.
• Perform data backups and manage disaster recovery operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Domain Infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL Foundations, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft/AWS equivalents.
• Experience with streaming, broadcast, or multimedia production environments.
