What you will do

• Perform daily and preliminary checks on specific TV guides.
• Assign TV and Broadcast channels for sports events using the company database.
• Determine and report live vision latency between different channels.
• Monitor the process during shifts and ensure the quality of the Genius Live product.
• Perform support tasks for Free to Air channels.
• Resolve broadcast device problems by remotely connecting to the device operating interface.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English language.
• Knowledge and passion for a variety of sports (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong accuracy and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Medellín, Colombia for a hybrid work model.
