What you will do

• Take ownership of payments integrations and feature requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables for development teams.
• Research, analyse, and outline new payment schemes such as SEPA, TIPS, TARGET2.
• Join client onboarding and integration sessions to gather feedback and improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with peer BAs to ensure smooth operation and documentation of integrations.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base of payment workflows, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Assist the team in product testing to ensure functionality.

Requirements

• Experience in the payments domain as a BA, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEPA, TIPS, RT1, TARGET2 or other CMS with ability to explain simply.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and work confidently with data.
• Clear communication with business and technical teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and clients.
• Location: Vilnius or remote work option available.
