What you will do

• Collaborate within the O2C team to support SAP SD module for international clients
• Analyze and resolve customer change requests and incidents
• Propose, prepare, and implement new SAP solutions and functionalities
• Prepare project documentation including solution designs and business processes
• Work closely with international teams

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SD module configuration and support
• Fluent English required; German and French at communicative level are a plus
• Strong understanding of sales and logistics business processes
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments and integration with other SAP modules
• University degree in a relevant field
• Proactive approach to innovation and goal achievement

• Knowledge of French at a communicative level
