What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions using Python.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve workflows.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid from specified cities.
• English: Very good written and oral communication skills required.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in backend development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or data engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like Vue.js for full-stack collaboration.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
