Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Guatemala
• High School Diploma required.
• 85% English proficiency or equivalent (B2 level).
• Experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of software and hardware.
