What you will do

• Support automation of business summary write-ups and ensure data quality.
• Build and maintain self-service data tools in Power BI and manage development roadmaps.
• Conduct deep dives into business challenges and identify opportunities for different consumer groups.
• Define KPIs and support sizing opportunities to drive business growth.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to support everyday decision-making.
• Oversee and manage a team of 3 direct reports and coordinate priorities with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• University degree in numerical or business discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or merchandising.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and statistical tools like R or Python.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C2 level).
