What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms.
• Help coordinate and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in contract preparation, updates, and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives such as team events and well-being programs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.
• Eligibility for an IEFP internship (mandatory requirement).
