Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Warsaw with up to two remote days per week and a work-from-almost-anywhere policy.

Salary: 4500-5900 EUR/month gross.

What you will do

• Own the translation of product data into insights that directly shape the security suite.
• Lead business requirements by defining what should be measured and how it connects to strategic outcomes.
• Partner with Product Managers to align data work with business priorities and user experience goals.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to set metrics, frameworks, and models.
• Analyze customer journeys, usage patterns, and service-level performance for product improvements.
• Mentor peers and drive analytical development across the company.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Warsaw with some remote flexibility.
• Proven senior experience in business or product analysis in SaaS, mobile, or digital products; VPN/cybersecurity experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and consultative communication.
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with usability and behavioral analysis and defining KPIs connected to product strategy.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with product A/B testing design and analysis.
• Knowledge of R or Python.
