What you will do

• Manage product implementations, supporting discovery and solutioning for new customer monitoring setups.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams to demonstrate and support monitoring solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations for current and prospective customers, explaining features and benefits.
• Create and maintain internal product documentation, including RFPs and FAQs.
• Coordinate high volumes of implementation tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert to prepare internal stakeholders for product pilots and implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer implementations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level B2B SaaS solutions from pre-sales through the end of the implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to translate between technical product capabilities and business needs.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Krakow, Poland.
