What you will do

• Own and manage the internal AI intelligence agent “MIA” and its evolution.
• Collect user feedback and prioritize product updates for implementation.
• Expand and share new use cases and best practices company-wide.
• Drive adoption and maximize usage of the AI tool across teams.
• Provide day-to-day user support for the AI product.
• Analyze performance metrics and conversation logs to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Proven success owning an AI-based product
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams
• Technical savvy with AI-specific troubleshooting experience
• Passion for mobile games
• Experience with product workflows and basic coding skills (Python)

Nice to have

• Expertise in prompt and context engineering
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience with Notion and n8n tools
• Experience working across different cultures and time zones
