What you will do

• Develop and implement IT and information security strategies ensuring robust solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security tests on IT systems and applications.
• Manage and enhance security solutions for internal and external IT resources, including cloud services and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT and information security teams to align systems with company and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security incident management and investigations to quickly identify and address security issues.

Requirements

• Location: Stockholm/Solna, Sweden (Hybrid work format)
• Fluent in Swedish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive experience (+5 years) in IT and information security at a strategic level.
• Strong knowledge of IT security including network, system, and application security.
• Experience with risk assessments, penetration testing, and compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX, DORA, and NIS2.
• Expertise in cloud security and managing IT security solutions.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience managing security incident response and advanced security incidents.
