What you will do

• Identify and assess regional risks and threats, providing clear guidance to leadership.
• Conduct security and risk assessments across EMEA and recommend actionable improvements.
• Serve as a regional advisor on security, risk, and incident response matters.
• Manage incidents and crisis responses, including travel security and emergency communication.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement, risk partners, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee core security operations, including access control systems and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Significant experience in corporate, operational, or regional security with multi-site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, investigations, risk management, and emergency response.
• Familiarity with global risk and intelligence environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Stockholm to fulfill the onsite requirements of the hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CFE.
• Experience in geopolitical analysis or intelligence review.
• Established network within the risk, security, or intelligence community.
