What you will do

• Assist in executing technical integration projects under the guidance of senior Solutions Engineers.
• Support customer integrations by implementing defined processes and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Help design and document technical solutions for customer setups and system configurations.
• Learn about common customer needs, ERPs, and e-commerce platforms to provide basic technical guidance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent)
• Languages: Fluent in English and French - written and oral
• Problem-solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
• Technical curiosity in logistics technology and system integrations

Nice to have

• Experience with software engineering, APIs, or development tools
• Familiarity with connecting systems or tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Genuine interest in logistics, e-commerce, or hirify.global’s ecosystem
• Ability to work with databases and SQL for basic data manipulation and analysis
