What you will do

• Collaborate globally with internal Ops teams to understand business needs and provide hirify.global-based solutions.
• Build DAP solutions addressing operational and strategic requirements and suggest process improvements.
• Work with Support, Product, and R&D teams to test and maintain production and test environments.
• Deliver case studies and showcase SAP and hirify.global implementation relationships externally.
• Participate in webinars and support thought leadership on digital adoption and SAP integration.
• Report on DAP status and continuously identify opportunities for solution improvements.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience with HTML/CSS and UX/UI design.
• 2+ years of professional experience in technical, implementation, or solutions roles.
• Experience working with stakeholders or teams outside of Israel and understanding global organizational structures.
• Basic understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Ability to adapt, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design software.
• Data analysis skills.
• Experience with large enterprises and remote stakeholders.
• German language skills.
