Lead Full-stack Software Engineer (FinTech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid model with office attendance required two days each week in Noida, India.

What you will do

• Deliver enhancements to existing functionality and develop new features for the SimCorp Client Reporting software suite.
• Participate in all phases of the development process, including requirements review, planning, and writing code.
• Write unit tests and retrofit automated tests to legacy systems.
• Identify continuous improvements to work processes.
• Collaborate within an agile development team to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in full-stack development with expertise in backend technologies.
• Deep knowledge of .NET, client-server architecture, API design, and MS SQL Server.
• Solid understanding in service design, systems thinking, and applying modern design principles.
• Direct experience with Azure and Azure DevOps for deployment, automation, and CI/CD.
• Extensive experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy backend systems for cloud readiness.
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with retrofitting automated tests to legacy systems.
• Experience with Visual Basic and VB .NET.
• Experience with reporting systems.
